Overview

Matthew Kubasak is a Ph.D. student in the Research, Analysis, and Design stream at Pardee RAND Graduate School and an assistant policy analyst at RAND. He has a B.S. in applied and computational math and statistics and double majored in political science from the University of Notre Dame.

Prior to joining Pardee RAND, he was an outdoor science instructor at High Trails in the San Bernardino Mountains, and before that he worked on climate vulnerability as a CivicSpark fellow at the Delta Stewardship Council. He also has experience in advertising, daycare, and programming for climate-related work in an oceanography lab.
