Overview

Jared Perkins is the legislative analyst at the RAND Corporation, focusing on health policy. He is back at RAND after spending time as manager of federal and state policy with the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). Prior to joining RAND the first time, he was a health policy associate at the Alliance for Health Policy. Before that, he spent three years in the state office for U.S. Senator Harry Reid as a casework manager and regional representative where he performed legislative, outreach, and constituent liaison duties.  

Perkins received an M.A. in public policy and administration from Northwestern University, and a B.A. in political science from the University of Nevada, Reno.
